Refund Policy & Right to Cancel

Ravenance (“Ravenance”, “Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a product owned and operated by RAVBYTE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made through:

• ravenance.com
• Platform dashboard purchases
• Subscription plans
• Enterprise agreements (unless separately contracted)

By purchasing any Ravenance service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Guarantee)

You have the right to cancel your order or subscription within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the initial purchase or contract formation.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the contact details provided below.

2. Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract within the 14-day period, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

3. Compensation for Services Provided

If you requested to begin the performance of services (such as generating reports or using platform credits) during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. We reserve the right to deduct the value of any specialized reports or services consumed from the refund amount.

4. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewals

Monthly & Annual Plans

For subscription services, the 14-day right to cancel applies to the initial subscription purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel after the initial 14-day cooling-off period, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made. Refunds are not provided for partial months after the initial 14-day period has expired.

5. Exception to the Right to Cancel

In accordance with consumer protection laws, the right to cancel does not apply to the supply of digital content (such as immediate one-time reports) if you have expressly consented to the beginning of the performance during the cancellation period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. However, we may still consider refunds for such content at our discretion if the service was not delivered as described.

6. Enterprise Contracts

Refund terms for Enterprise or custom Agency agreements are governed by the specific terms outlined in your signed Master Services Agreement (MSA).

7. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting support first:

• Account access may be suspended
• Future purchases may be restricted
• We reserve the right to dispute invalid chargebacks
