• AI-driven SEO intelligence and analysis
• Search prediction modeling
• Technical and semantic content analysis
• Competitive intelligence insights
• Automated report generation (Service is fully automated and AI-driven; no human consultancy is provided unless explicitly contracted)

The Service provides analytical insights and predictions. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or search ranking results based on these insights.

2. Account Responsibility

When creating an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the platform to:

• Perform any illegal activities or violate any laws
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest protected or restricted content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble platform models or code
• Overload infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of the Service
• Use generated reports to misrepresent data or defraud clients

4. Data Responsibility

You confirm that you have the necessary rights, consents, or permissions to upload, analyze, or process any domain, URL, or data you submit to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, AI models, and UI remain the exclusive property of RAVBYTE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and its licensors.

User Ownership

You retain ownership of:

• Your input data and account information
• The generated reports and insights (which you may use for your business purposes)

6. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions

• Service is billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually).
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Report Credits

• Credits purchased or allocated are non-transferable.
• Credits are non-redeemable for cash.

7. No Performance Guarantees

Search algorithms are complex and third-party controlled. We provide intelligence, data, and predictive insights to inform your strategy, but we cannot control the outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAVBYTE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Changes to third-party search engine algorithms

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the last 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Particular grounds for suspension include:

• Abuse of the Service or API
• Non-payment of fees
• Security risks or fraudulent activity
• Legal violations

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
